Offshore e-Commerce Legislation
Legislation was passed in the House of Assembly. The legislation sets out duties and liabilities of E-business service providers and intermediaries. It makes it an offence to unlawfully interfere with computers and computer systems and creates framework consistent with international standards on privacy of personal information and the use and disclosure of such information.
